I certainly see improved relevancy and Yahoo directory listings getting less emphasis. Whether theses changes will be enough to get Google users to switch search engines only time will tell. With Yahoo's huge market of email users they certainly have a chance to improve their market share with these changes. I noticed that the results are now much more similar to the results at Google. Comment on Yahoo Blue Bar Search by Sue Elliott http://seo.seocompany.ca/yahoo-blue-bar-search/comment-page-1/#comment-8893 Sue Elliott Fri, 27 Jul 2007 14:59:33 +0000 http://seo.seocompany.ca/yahoo-blue-bar-search/#comment-8893 I'm going to change my default search page because of that blue bar. It's really, really annoying. When the search results page appears the cursor on my computer automatically defaults to the blue bar area and I end up scrolling down through the blue bar "suggested" additional search list instead of scrolling down through the page of search results. I end up having to right-click on the search results page now in order to scroll through the results. Really, really annoying. And I can't figure out how to turn it off...(p.s. I'm using Firefox). But you are also the CEO of your company Right? Why not add it in your card? And if you have trademarked "SEO COMPANY" then you can put a 'TM' or "R" sign next to the logo. I really like the design. Your post was clear about it being a better interface and we all know it is STILL free. You just got me thinking when you said "GA is still free". Perhaps at some point Google will to a major update and the new version will cost and the old version would STILL be free. Hi Robbin, I don’t think you mislead me or any one else.
