Google has recently came out with a brillient tool that helps you create a theme for the custom iGoogle homepage. It’s easier than doing a theme yourself in XML, as was possible before… however it looks like with the Theme Maker you can only upload a background photo and adjust the header text and theme color (before proceeding to enter things like title and description).
