Well just like GoogleGuy and Matt Cutts said, it is happening. Check out my 5 years PR History page.
I predicted Oct 21 for the Toolbar Pagerank export so I was only 2 days off.
I am predicting the next Toolbar PR export for Jan 25/2005. The way I come up with my date is to take the last 5 Toolbar PR exports and averaged them out. See below.

Oct 19th plus 97 days is Jan 25th 2005. With BL’s I just add a month.
Toolbar Pagerank and Backlink exports are now boring as they don’t effect the search engine results position. If you see any movement at that the same time it is only because of everflux or in some cases Google does an algorithm update at the same time as they do a Toolbar Pagerank and Backlink export.

Your predictions are great! It seems as though Google is doing less and less updates. Maybe it will eventually be just an annual thing.

Drasolko: Nope they are sticking at PR export every 3 to 4 months now for the last year. I don’t expect to see it go annually. They would drop it before they do that and I don’t think they are goint to drop it any time soon.

i am vaibhab agarwal i have some querries that when and how our page rank and backlink is update.And when google update his database ?if there any side please told to cheek our side.

Vaibhab Agarwal: Real Pagerank (RPR) and Backlinks (BL) are updated on what Google calls a rolling update. That means that there is not a date where there is a BL update or Pagerank (PR) update link there used to be prior to Jun 22/2004 where updates were every 30 days.
The BL you see on using the Google links: command is still exported every 30 days or so but this update doesn’t effect the search engine results position (SERP) any more. Likewise the PR you see on the Toolbar is not exported now every 3 to 4 months and has no effect on the SERP either.
Any changes during these exports are due to everflux.
